Distribution & Dispatch Specialist | Supply Chain Administration Department

Behind every liter of fuel that reaches the market is a tightly coordinated supply chain. We're looking for someone ready to own a critical link in it, inside our Supply Chain Administration Department.

DISTRIBUTION NETWORK SUPPORT

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a cluster of member companies (CTTV) — understanding their product needs, market discount conditions, and order patterns.

Keep inventory levels aligned with real demand so your member companies can sell without disruption.

Monitor sales volume and system data together with the wider team, catching and correcting discrepancies before they become problems.

Contribute to periodic sales and reconciliation reporting for your assigned cluster.

Build and propose monthly working plans for your member companies, and flag issues early instead of letting them escalate on their own.

LOGISTICS DISPATCH

Turn transfer plans from the Commercial team into dispatch orders and tracking records.

Monitor every dispatch in progress and resolve issues the moment they surface — a delayed shipment should never be news to you.

Coordinate with carriers (trucks, vessels) to ensure complete warehouse-release and transport documentation.

Work with Accounting to prepare internal transfer-and-delivery paperwork, and keep a clean file for every dispatch order.

Reconcile monthly freight costs with carriers and member companies, and prepare payment requests.

YOUR GROWTH PATH

Level 1 · Specialist (probation, 0–6 months) — Learn both sides of the role under direct mentorship, from onboarding through your first independent tasks.

Level 2 · Specialist, independent (6–18 months) — Run both functions independently; become the network's trusted backup for dispatch operations.

Level 3 · Senior Specialist (18–36 months) — Take on a wider cluster of member companies or start mentoring new hires; own complex, cross-region dispatch cases.

Level 4 · Branch point (from year 3–5) — Move into people leadership over member-company management, or go deep into supply chain / dispatch as an internal expert. Promotion here is earned on results, not tenure.

YOU'RE A GOOD FIT IF YOU

Hold a college/university degree in Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Have 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination, purchasing, or customer/channel management.

Are proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable owning a fast-moving, dual-track role.
