About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Director that will be responsible for the strategic leadership of our Vietnamese sales department. You will drive revenue growth, expand our local market share, and lead a high-performing team of account managers and business development specialists. You will be the face of WeTrade in Vietnam, building institutional partnerships and ensuring our services align with local trader needs.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Vietnam to achieve aggressive monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead the local sales and business development team. Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of excellence.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including introducing WeTrade's Copy Trading and Raw Spread offerings to the Vietnamese market.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain high-level relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), financial influencers, and institutional partners.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all sales activities comply with local market practices and global corporate standards, upholding WeTrade's In Trust We Trade core value.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitor activity and industry trends (Forex, Crypto, Indices) to provide actionable insights to the global product team.
- Brand Representation: Represent WeTrade at local expos, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 810 years of experience in Sales/Business Development within the Forex, Fintech, or Financial Services industry. At least 35 years in a leadership/Director-level role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Vietnamese trading landscape, IB networks, and local investor behavior.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, high-level relationship management, and public speaking skills.
- Language: Native-level proficiency in Vietnamese and professional fluency in English. (Mandarin is a significant advantage).
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
