JOB ACCOUNTABILITY: Develop and implement an overall business strategy to optimize revenue and profit for the entire Group.
Ensure seamless coordination between the supply from subsidiaries and the rigorous demands of international and domestic markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategy and Market PlanningDesign long-term and short-term business strategies for each target market (USA, EU, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, etc.).
- Allocate sales targets (KPIs) to subsidiaries based on their production capacity and product characteristics.
- Research global consumer trends and technical barriers (trade defense, sustainability certifications like ASC, MSC, BAP) to guide production.
2. Export Management & International Market DevelopmentFocus on quality standards, business ethics, and major retail distribution channels.
- Emphasize sophisticated quality, value-added products, and building sustainable relationships with traditional partners.
- Directly negotiate strategic contracts with importers and major global supermarket chains.
- Bring high-standard export products to consumers and build the Group's own brand.
3. Market Forecasting & Supply-Demand ConnectionCoordinate with departments to analyze raw material price fluctuations and consumption demand to adjust procurement/processing plans timely.
- Partner with the Aquaculture and Production departments to regulate output according to market demand.
- Ensure international certifications (ASC, BAP, GlobalGAP) align with the requirements of demanding partners (Retailers in the US, EU, Japan).
4. Financial & Team ManagementManage marketing and sales budgets.
- Control international and domestic accounts receivable.
- P&L Management: Hold ultimate responsibility for Revenue, Gross Profit, and Cash Flow from sales activities of the entire Group.
- Pricing Policy: Establish flexible pricing mechanisms based on fluctuations in aquaculture feed costs, logistics, and exchange rates.
- Approve credit limits for foreign importers to ensure capital safety.
- Set KPIs and compensation systems (Commission/Bonus) for the sales team.
- Train successor teams to be proficient in the seafood industry (food safety standards, customs procedures, trade defense).
5. New Product Development (R&D Marketing)Research consumer insights by target market.
- Develop Value-Added Products (VAP).
- Optimize the value chain and by-products (Zero Waste Strategy).
- Design packaging and product storytelling.
- Conduct market testing and evaluation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in the food/seafood industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management position at large corporations.
- Language: Fluent in English (direct negotiation skills).
- Network: Existing network with major importers in the four target markets.
