About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to join our HCMC team. This role is focused on hunting high-value corporate deals, driving significant revenue growth through new business opportunities. You will leverage your expertise to expand our client base among web2 enterprises and fintech/crypto startups, ensuring impactful engagements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high-value client leads, responding to inbound opportunities
• Build strong relationships to understand client needs and demonstrate Saola's value
• Utilize analytical skills to drive sales growth
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams for project success
• Manage key accounts to ensure satisfaction and explore upsell opportunities
• Represent Saola at industry events to generate leads

Must Have

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in outsourcing software development or crypto partnerships, with a proven track record of closing 6-figure deals
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Goal-oriented, adaptable, and detail-focused with a no-ego mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships
