SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE TELEMATICS

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Vietnam, with a focus on expanding Teltonikas telematics footprint across Vietnam. As an SDR, youll represent leading telematics solutions for fleet managementengaging prospects across logistics, agriculture, car-sharing/rental, construction, and related sectors to understand their GPS tracking and telematics needs.

Teltonikas telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in such spheres as logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales representative to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings. In this role, you will:

  • Drive sales in new markets within Vietnam by conducting market analysis, targeting System Integration companies, and identifying key stakeholders who can benefit from Teltonikas cutting-edge telematics solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and leveraging professional networks to establish strong relationships and grow the business.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers in Vietnam through regular communication, presentations, and client visits.
  • Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts to meet assigned sales goals for Vietnam telematics market.

What we expect of you:

  • Fluency in Vietnamese and professional English (spoken & written).
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales/SDR/inside-sales experience (telematics/IoT/fleet)
  • Strong hunter mentalitycomfortable with cold outreach and objection handling.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn; willing to travel for client meetings within Vietnam.
