Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sales B2B will be responsible for building, operating, and expanding the brand's offline distribution network, including major retail chains, regional agents, and distributors. This role demands a strategic balance of new business development, key account management, and market data analysis to drive revenue growth and enhance market share in the beauty sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. New Channel Development
- Conduct market research on the offline cosmetics distribution landscape to identify and approach high-potential partners (beauty collection stores, cosmetic retail chains, regional distributors).
- Lead commercial negotiations regarding supply pricing, discount structures, and contract terms to finalize legal agreements.
2. Key Account & Partner Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with signed partners through routine visitations, assessing distribution status, inventory levels, and field sales performance.
- Promptly resolve issues related to product delivery, policies, and after-sales service to ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and long-term retention.
3. Sales Target Achievement
- Allocate annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets to specific distribution partners.
- Formulate sales-driven initiatives and replenishment plans; track the entire order fulfillment cycle to ensure individual and team revenue KPIs are met.
4. Trade Marketing & Trade Support
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to provide comprehensive sales support: product knowledge training, visual merchandising guidelines at points of sale (POS), in-store promotional rollouts, and POSM materials.
5. Policy Enforcement & Compliance
- Strictly implement and monitor the company's pricing strategy, discount schemes, and promotional policies across all channels.
- Gather field feedback to evaluate policy effectiveness and propose timely adjustments to management.
6. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor offline cosmetic market trends and competitor movements (channel layouts, pricing models, and marketing activities).
- Consolidate feedback from distribution partners and end-consumers to provide data-driven insights for strategic and product optimization.
7. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Partner with the Logistics & Supply Chain team to align inventory supply with partner demand forecasts.
- Monitor inventory turnover rates and propose reasonable stock plans to mitigate stockouts or overstock situations.
8. Internal Collaboration & Team Development
- Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams to align channel demand with new product launches.
- Work alongside Supply Chain and Finance/Accounting departments to streamline order reconciliation and debt management.
- Share market insights and channel development practices to elevate the collective capability of the distribution sales team

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred; or fluent English.
- College Degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 3–5 years of practical experience in B2B distribution sales, MT sales, or Key Account management within the offline cosmetics/beauty/FMCG (or relevant) industry. Experience working directly with CS (Cosmetic Specialty) chains or beauty collection stores is a strong asset.
- Deep understanding of the beauty/cosmetic industry, product selling points (Skincare/Makeup), and the operational logic, trading terms, and regulations of offline distribution channels.
- Strong business development capabilities and commercial negotiation skills. Ability to independently negotiate and secure contracts. Having an existing network of offline distribution partners is a major advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, internal stakeholder coordination, and conflict resolution skills to bridge external clients with internal departments.
- Highly target-driven and result-oriented. Proven ability to work under KPI pressure and effectively delegate targets.
- Solid data analytical mindset with the ability to interpret distribution metrics to generate solutions; proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for business planning and reporting.
- Willingness to travel as required for regional partner coordination and store audits (HCMC, Hanoi, Da Nang, etc.).
