The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success. You will primarily be in charge of scheduling and preparing our sales team for important meetings and trade shows. You will provide outstanding customer service by liasoning between the sales team and the customer.
Responsibilities
- Receive orders, prepare quotations, check details, and draft contracts as requested.
- Create order forms and send them to relevant parties to place orders as requested by customers.
- Prepare shipping documents, monitor production status, and update delivery schedules.
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries and requests.
- Track and compile monthly invoices, remind customers of payment deadlines for outstanding debts.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduated from University
- Experience: Welcome fresher or having 1-2 years experience is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Chinese: Advance, English: Basic.
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel,).
- Hard working, eager to learn, and flexible in communication.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
