About the Role
Join Fast Track Vietnam, a fast-growing travel services business under Thryve Vietnam, as a Part-Time Operations Analyst with a strong focus on nighttime operations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth service delivery during off hours in Vietnam, when many international customers require support.
You will work closely with the Customer Operations Lead, Operations Manager, and a team of interns to support bookings, customer communication, and coordination with airport agents and suppliers. This role is ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced service environment.
Working Hours and Compensation
Night Shift Slots:
- 22:00 - 03:00 (Vietnam time)
- 2:00 - 07:00 (Vietnam time)
- Night Shift Availability: Candidates must be available to work night shifts throughout the entire week (Monday – Sunday) as scheduled.
- Mandatory Initial Training: Must be available for day shifts during the first week of employment for intensive training.
- Post-Training Day Shifts: After the initial training, day shifts will only be required on an as-needed basis for team alignment and process updates.
- Total Hours: Maximum 35 hours per week.
- Compensation: VND 60,000/hour, plus performance bonuses.
- Support: Clear SOPs and thorough training support will be provided before officially commencing night shift duties.
What You'll Do
- Support nighttime operations, including booking processing, invoicing, and service coordination
- Communicate with customers in English via email and WhatsApp to answer questions and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
- Coordinate with airport agents and suppliers to ensure services are delivered accurately and on schedule
- Maintain and update CRM records and internal tracking sheets
- Work alongside and support interns on operational tasks, helping ensure accuracy and consistency
- Escalate issues, errors, or service risks to senior team members promptly
- Assist with basic reporting, documentation, and operational improvements as needed
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in customer support or operations (travel, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and responsive, especially when working independently at night
- Comfortable multitasking and working with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Strict Availability: Must be fully committed to night shift availability and flexible for the first week of day training (non-negotiable).
