Overview:
The Mortgage Partnership Development Manager is responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic alliances with external partners—such as Real Estate Developers, Agencies, Property Technology platforms, and Financial Technology ecosystems. You will expand our market reach and co-create innovative lending solutions that drive the growth of the bank's mortgage portfolio and benefit our partners.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Management
- Evaluate potential partners, including real estate developers, property brokers, and digital housing platforms.
- Lead the end-to-end negotiation process, from initial contact and commercial terms to assisting with legal contract finalization and partner onboarding.
- Maintain long-term, high-value relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the bank remains their preferred lending partner.
Product Development & Integration
- Monitor market trends and competitor moves to identify gaps in the mortgage market.
- Work closely with the Product Team to design tailored lending packages, interest rate schemes, and digital journey integrations for specific partner projects.
Sales & Performance Tracking
- Take ownership of Key Performance Indicators related to loan disbursement volume and partner-led lead generation.
- Conduct monthly reviews of partner performance and implement mutually beneficial initiatives to boost conversion rates.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably majoring in Finance or Banking.
- At least 5 years of experience in Banking, Real Estate, or Partnership Development.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Effective written and alternative communication skills in English, with the ability to facilitate multi-stakeholder discussions and creatively find solutions.
- Independent, innovative, and highly goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
