Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day sales and marketing activities, including assisting with outreach to potential clients, preparing sales materials, and helping maintain customer relationships. Responsibilities include supporting marketing campaigns, updating social media and digital channels, conducting basic market research, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on leads. The intern will also help organize training or promotional events, prepare reports and presentations, and contribute ideas to improve sales and marketing initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Interest and foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management, including understanding of basic sales processes and lead follow-up.
• Ability to support Training activities, such as assisting in preparing training materials and coordinating sessions.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with social media or digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Motivation to learn, adaptability in a fast-changing environment, and a collaborative mindset.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is preferred for effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Internship allowance: This is a paid internship position with a monthly allowance provided throughout the internship period.
