Sales Analytics Lead

Job summary

• Manage data analytics activities within the Sales Support Department; ensure accurate, timely sales reporting and provide insights for management, KPI evaluation and decision-making

Job description

• Manage, update and analyze internal sales data and market data.
• Ensure accurate, consistent, complete and timely data; develop and manage Power BI dashboards and automated reports.
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate management indicators and KPIs of branch managers and medical representatives; identify performance gaps and provide insights to support improvement.
• Conduct in-depth analyses, periodic reports and ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
• Coordinate with relevant functions on data requirements, reporting standards and indicator calculation methods.
• Assign work, coach, follow up and support members of the Data Analytics Team; control the team's work quality and delivery timelines.

Job requirements

Experience & Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in business data analytics; experience in team coordination or work management is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI, with the ability to build dashboards, visualize data and automate reports.
• Knowledge of data management, KPIs and sales operations; SQL capability or pharmaceutical knowledge is an advantage

• Strong analytical and logical thinking, with the ability to synthesize information, identify issues and translate data into decision-supporting insights
