• Injection Molding Machine Manufacturers
• Blow Molding Machine Manufacturers
• Extrusion Machinery Manufacturers
• Plastic Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturers
• Screw & Barrel Manufacturers
• Candidates from general machinery, capital goods, automotive, FMCG, construction equipment, or other industries will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and business development within the assigned country.
• Develop new customers and expand existing accounts.
• Manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and market reports.
• Participate in trade exhibitions and industry events.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management.

Candidate Profile

• 4–5 years of B2B sales experience in the Plastic Processing Industry.
• Proven track record in new business development and target achievement.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of local manufacturing and plastics markets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Note: Only candidates currently employed and based in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, or Thailand, with local language proficiency and relevant Plastic Processing Industry experience, will be considered.
