Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process orders from the Business Development team, ensuring accurate entry and successful fulfillment.
- Act as the main contact for customers, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored project solutions.
- Manage order delivery timelines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products, competitors, and market trends.
- Identify and propose improvements to processes and tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports to track business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- At least 2 years of related experience in sales/key account management
- Intermediate in English
- Function well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high
- Detail-orientation with superb organizational skills and strong follow-through
- Great ability to prioritize and manage schedules
