Position: Business Development Executive (Sales B2B)
Working Hours: 8.30 AM 5.30 AM
Based in: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Salary Range: 15M 20M gross

Job Description:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including commercial customers.
Maintain and build strong customer relationships through regular site visit and after-sales support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments affecting the water sector in Vietnam.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
Attend industry exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote the company's profile.
Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
2 years of B2B sales experience
Experience in the niche field of hazardous waste, pharmaceutical, semiconductors, textile/garment, mining, oil and gas industry, energy, biomedical, spent caustics, and heavy industriesiswelcome to apply.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written)
Willingness to travel locally for customer engagement.
