ABOUT JOB:
The Rolling Stock and Rail Systems Engineer supports the technical management and integration of rolling stock within the overall railway system. The role focuses on ensuring that rolling stock design, manufacturing, testing, and commissioning are compliant with project specifications, standards, and interface requirements with other rail subsystems. The position also acts as a key technical link between contractors, system engineers, and on-site teams during project execution.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support design review and technical evaluation of rolling stock systems.
- Monitor manufacturing, testing, and delivery of rolling stock.
- Coordinate interfaces between rolling stock and other rail systems.
- Participate in site installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Review technical documentation and as-built drawings.
- Support defect resolution and warranty management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Railway Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rolling stock or railway systems.
- Familiarity with metro or railway standards.
- Good English communication skills.
