Responsibilities

• Design and standardize the company's internal control framework and identify critical risk control points.
• Identify, assess, and classify risks; develop risk assessment and management strategies to effectively prevent major risks.
• Develop and implement programs and plans for the periodic or ad-hoc inspection and auditing of business units regarding compliance with laws, procedures, regulations, policies, and guidelines; facilitate timely adjustments to mitigate and control risks during production and business operations.
• Inspect and monitor accounting, finance, sales, investment, and construction operations to detect deficiencies, irregularities, or fraud; propose timely corrective actions to prevent risks and ensure the legality of business activities and compliance with the Corporation's regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate business performance by reviewing financial statements, revenue reports, advance payment reports, and operational results for projects and affiliated units.
• Inspect and control asset and equipment procurement as well as production and business activities to detect deficiencies, irregularities, or fraud, and propose timely corrective actions.
• Participate in the implementation of management and control system projects to enhance corporate governance capabilities.
• Perform other tasks related to control functions and specific job responsibilities.
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role (e.g., Internal Control, Risk Management, GRC, Compliance, or Internal Audit).
• Preference given to candidates with experience at Viettel or within IT-sector enterprises/organizations.
• Solid understanding of the Three Lines of Defense model, Internal Control, and ERM.
• Experience in designing governance frameworks, policies, and processes.
• Relevant knowledge: Preference for candidates holding professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, ISO 27001, etc.
• Systems thinking and a risk-prevention mindset.
• Ability to plan effectively and work independently under high pressure.
• Skills and experience in rapid, effective problem-solving.
• Preference for candidates capable of team building or working independently.
• University degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
