Position Title: RGM Executive – MOFT

Function: Revenue Growth Management

Sub-function: Commercial Strategy

Location: Ho Chi Minh

Report to: Revenue Growth Management Manager, MOFT

Internal: RGM, Planning team, Sales Operations Team

External: Distributor

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Distributor reimbursement:

• Work with distributor to do reimbursements every month
• Make sure that all payments are aligned with budget, process.
• Connect between Distributor and, business center team & internal control.

Budget management:

Support RGM MOFT Manager with Sales Pack & Discount Pack budget, making sure costs are aligned with package natures and follow budget 1YP/ quarterly.

• Promotion
• Trading Term
• Annex
• Goods returned
• P&L management:
• Analyze P&L by sub-package.
• Tracking target, P&L by account/ by sales team

Distributor operations:

• Work with distributor to ensure seamless operation, transparent data visibility.
• Set up promotion with the distributor.

Reporting:

• Promotion report including sell-in, sell-out.
• Daily volume report by region, by account, by SKU, by sales team.
• Performance monthly report by sales team.

Support RGM MOFT

• Other ad-hoc relevant tasks assigned by RGM MOFT.
• Forecasts, analysis trends in sales, demand and finance.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• BA in Business Management, Accounting, Math or Finance or equivalent, or related field.
• Position Experiences: 1- 2 years of experience in Sales operations, FMCG industry experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated familiarity with budget analysis, financial evaluation for trade activities and workplans.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel.
• Fair in English skill, both in speaking and writing skills.
