We are looking for candidate who have passion in sales, especially in retail of products related to F&B, Hotel, Restaurant, etc. This one should has English efficiency and experience in retail as Supervisor.
Job Description:
Managing the retail stores, control stock and maximize sales revenue.
Ensuring customer satisfaction, systems and processes are operating effectively.
Develop business plans to build the business by identifying and understanding local markets;
Analyzing sales and inventory figures and taking action to expand areas of growth;
Meeting performance targets for (1) sales budget, (2) building a strong team
Create professional quotations to send to customers on time.
Work with marketing team to create effective sales campaigns.
Training and motivating staff and dealing with disciplinary matters;
Carrying out floor inspections and prioritizing and delegating tasks;
Coordinate with Marketing Team to plan and run effective marketing campaigns to achieve sales budget. (both online and offline)
Collect customer database & membership information.
To do any other tasks assigned by Management.
Job requirementsAt least 3 years of sale experience in retail, experience in leader/supervisor position
Can use English efficiently at work (4 skills)
Customer service oriented
Experience to work at supermarket/retail store is an advantage
Polite and helpful to others
Good communication skills & team work
Persuasiveness
