JOB DESCRIPTION

Creo is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to join our rapidly expanding team in Ho Chi Minh. We are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable, and passionate individual eager to showcase their sales skills and grow within our company. This role offers the successful candidate a chance to be at the forefront of customer interactions, driving sales and contributing significantly to our local market presence.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in retail sales, ideally in motorbikes, fashion, or lifestyle brands
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Confident communicator in both English and Vietnamese
  • A strong understanding of products and a passion for helping people find the right fit

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and engage customers, offering helpful, informed advice
  • Recommend bikes, gear, and merch based on individual customer needs
  • Conduct basic product demos and explain features clearly and confidently
  • Handle the full sales process from introduction to closing the deal
  • Keep the showroom tidy, stocked, and visually appealing
  • Support the team when extra help is required in events, promotions, or busy weekends
