Responsibilities:
-Hunting and developing new customers within all company sales channels.
-Lead and engage with all sales teams to maximize profit contribution and customize air and ocean freight solutions to small, medium and multi-national companies.
-Plan and conduct sales calls and joint-sales calls in collaboration with all company sales channels, including face-to-face meetings with customers and developing a robust pipeline to align with the company budget.
-Support customers&apos relationships by providing essential knowledge about overall market trends.
-Provide leadership and support to the extended sales team to maintain and grow the book of customer portfolio.
-Produce information for management necessary to evaluate performance vs key performance indicators.
-To manage Sale Team to adapt to company policy and all targeted KPIs.
