E-Commerce-Sales Manager (Express/Logistics Industry)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Hunting and developing new customers within all company sales channels.

-Lead and engage with all sales teams to maximize profit contribution and customize air and ocean freight solutions to small, medium and multi-national companies.

-Plan and conduct sales calls and joint-sales calls in collaboration with all company sales channels, including face-to-face meetings with customers and developing a robust pipeline to align with the company budget.

-Support customers&apos relationships by providing essential knowledge about overall market trends.

-Provide leadership and support to the extended sales team to maintain and grow the book of customer portfolio.

-Produce information for management necessary to evaluate performance vs key performance indicators.

-To manage Sale Team to adapt to company policy and all targeted KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce sales or sales within the logistics/express industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, shipping, and delivery services in an e-commerce context.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to explain complex logistics solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, sales automation tools, and sales reporting.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships with clients.
  • A self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to meet client needs.
