Restaurant Manager Luxury Steakhouse

Location: The Nexus, Ho Chi Minh City

Salary: Around USD 2200

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the pre-opening team of a premium international steakhouse brand.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily FOH operations and ensure premium service standards.

Drive guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback professionally.

Lead, train, schedule, and develop the FOH team.

Monitor sales, labor costs, and operational performance.

Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth FOH/BOH operations.

Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards.

Requirements

4+ years of F&B experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory/management role.

Experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, or premium/international F&B brands.

Strong FOH operations and people management skills.

Good English communication skills.

Professional appearance with a strong passion for premium guest experiences.

Mandarin is a plus.
