We are supporting a well-known asset management firm in their search for a Research Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed research on sectors, markets, and companies to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models for new opportunities and existing portfolio companies.
- Analyze business models, competitive landscape, industry structure, and financial performance.
- Support investment thesis development, valuation work, and risk analysis.
- Prepare investment memos, research papers, and presentation materials for internal review.
- Assist with due diligence, including commercial, financial, and strategic assessments.
- Monitor sector trends, macroeconomic conditions, and regulatory developments relevant to investments.
- Participate actively in investment discussions and deal teams.
- Work with internal stakeholders, advisors, and external partners throughout the investment process.
- Contribute to internal reports and external materials when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CFA or equivalent is an advantage.
- 25 years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Equity Research.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
