Role Overview:

We are specifically looking for highly skilled professionals who have extensive experience working in the US market and bilingual in Vietnamese and English to join our network of vetted mentors. As a Remote Mentor, you will operate independently, utilizing our platform to offer direct career guidance to young professionals. This is a completely flexible role where you are in control of your offerings, rates, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live 1-on-1 sessions with mentees aiming to achieve specific career goals.
• Deliver high-quality services based on your expertise, choosing from Resume Reviews, Mock Interviews, Career Coaching, or Quick Chats.
• Provide mandatory post-session artifacts (e.g., written feedback docs, action item summaries, or structured interview debriefs) to ensure mentees receive actionable value.
• Maintain a professional profile, clearly defining your industry experience, services, and coaching methods.

What We Offer:

• Excellent Compensation: You keep 85% of your consulting fees, with sessions typically ranging from $75 to $400+. Payouts are automated via Stripe at the end of the following month.
• Complete Flexibility: You set your own rules, schedule, and rates. There are no minimum session requirements.
• Logistics Handled: Sharedi takes care of scheduling, payments, quality assurance, and dispute resolution so you can focus entirely on mentoring.

Requirements:

• Must have 3-5+ years of proven working experience in the US market.
• Applicants must have professional working proficiency in Vietnamese & English.
• Demonstrated professional experience and established expertise in your field.
• Strong communication skills with a structured approach to giving feedback.
• Ability to integrate your Google Calendar for booking notifications and set up a Stripe account for payment processing.
