Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement monthly/quarterly/annual business plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients across industries such as Beauty, FMCG, F&B, Media, etc.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Strategy & Management
- Conduct market, competitor, and trend analysis to build effective business development strategies.
- Manage and track business pipelines and opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes, pricing policies, and service solutions.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop the BD team (if applicable).
- Set direction, establish goals, and monitor individual performance.
Reporting & Evaluation
- Prepare periodic reports on revenue, new clients, and growth forecasts to BOD.
- Propose solutions to improve business performance.
Key Stakeholders
- Internal: Account Team, Key Account Team, Creative Team
- External: Clients/Partners
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields; candidates with international education or advanced certifications are preferred.
- Minimum 35 years of management experience in Marketing Agencies, Advertising Agencies, or Social Media
Good communication in English (preferred)
Strong presentation, negotiation and sales closing skills
Knowledge of digital, influencer marketing best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Work independently, self-motivated and highly integrity
Proactive, results-driven, trustworthy, and willing to go an extra mile
Ability to work under pressure
