Recruitment Consultant

We're expanding our Recruitment Team and looking for new team members to join us in handling Non-IT recruitment roles!

THE ROLE

Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments while building strong relationships with clients and candidates. This role offers excellent career growth and attractive incentive opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with clients and provide talent market insights.
• Source, screen and assess candidates.
• Build talent pipelines.
• Deliver excellent candidate and client experience.
• Achieve recruitment and revenue targets.
• Prepare recruitment reports.
• Support business development activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for the semiconductor or FMCG industries.
• English communication skills.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset and customer focus.
