Real Estate Market Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect, monitor, and update residential real estate market data, including new project launches, market supply, selling prices, sales policies, and sales performance.
• Track competitor projects and key market developments across Hanoi, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, and other relevant locations.
• Maintain and update market research databases, pricing records, and competitor information to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze internal sales data, including sold and unsold inventory, product mix, pricing trends, and sales progress.
• Review historical pricing and sales policies, preparing comparative reports to support pricing decisions and sales strategy development.
• Gather and analyze customer and sales agency feedback through surveys, interviews, site visits, and other research methods.
• Conduct project and site visits and engage with sales agents to obtain first-hand market insights when required.
• Prepare market research reports, data summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Support ad hoc market research projects and data analysis as assigned.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in market research, real estate, consulting, data analysis, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the residential real estate market is an advantage.
• Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Good numerical accuracy and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and information-gathering skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset, strong ownership of assigned tasks, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Flexible, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel to Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, and other relevant locations as required.
