Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and update changes in Vietnamese regulations and international market requirements related to the companys products.
- Conduct product testing in compliance with legal requirements and customer requests at state-designated or ISO 17025 accredited laboratories, providing accurate information for Marketing, Sales, and International orders.
- Review and verify suppliers dossiers to ensure raw materials comply with regulations.
- Check product labels and marketing claims; provide scientific evidence to support product communications.
- Update regulations, permissible limits, and scope of food additives in Vietnam and export markets.
- Review and complete standards for raw materials, finished products, semi-finished goods, and packaging.
- Provide product information to support the product registration/announcement process.
- Manage and update R&D documentation (specifications, product registration files, inspection records, etc.) to ensure timely compliance with global safety regulations for newly developed products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Food Technology or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food technology or regulatory affairs.
- Strong knowledge of food technology and production processes for fruit juice and IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) products.
- Basic knowledge of food safety laws, regulations, and decrees related to fruit juice and IQF product quality.
- Familiar with local and international food safety standards and legal requirements.
- Understanding of quality management systems and agricultural product processing technologies.
- Strong information-gathering and presentation skills.
