Product Manager (R&D Noodle & Seasoning)

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop new product formulations in the noodle and seasoning category, aligning with market trends and consumer needs.
• Improve existing formulations and product quality to enhance taste, stability, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct formulation trials, sensory evaluation, quality analysis, and product optimization.
• Develop and standardize recipes, processing methods, technical specifications, and product standards.
• Monitor and evaluate product quality during pilot and mass production stages.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to formulation and product quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or other related fields.
• Over 03 years of experience.
• Proactive, diligent, eager to learn, with knowledge of equipment.
