Experience
Degree/ Qualification
- Good understanding of Electrical systems supplier landscape and experience of managing supplier technical delivery;
- Sound Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP, 8D, and Other Problem-Solving skills
- Software development & testing Knowledge
- Preferred CAR/BUS /Truck background experience
- EE SW vehicle testing and Validation - Energy management, Full vehicle Test
- Program management Skills: Alignment with whole EE & Vehicle program timing, work with all EE Quality Validation departments below to plan/manage/track/solve/report & escalate critical issues
- Knowledge about Functional Implementation Plan and Software release process.
- Manage the vehicles plan with all EE Quality departments & collaboration with relevant teams – for both existing vehicles upgrade & new vehicles build – in timely enablement for validation plan, with accuracy & fulfilment.
- Report periodically and ad-hoc when required with accurate summary & details and challenges/blockers with actions follow-up.
- Manage efficiently & effectively JIRA IMS & FRS tickets for EE Quality activities.
- Lead and Drive the CFT meeting for issue resolution and Risk Assessment Manage FRS Shipability

- Green Belt /Black Belt
Degree/ Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical & Electronics, Automotive Electronics, or related majors.
- Minimum 5 years working within Automotive field
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, Vietnamese is a plus
