Manage and monitor all compliance requirements applicable to adult/general-use furniture products exported to the U.S, EU or any markets which company export to.

Research, monitor, and assess U.S. CPSC regulations, 16 CFR requirements, ASTM, ANSI/BIFMA standards, and other applicable product safety requirements for each product category.

Identify applicable compliance and testing requirements for each SKU and develop and maintain Compliance Matrices/Testing Matrices for the product portfolio.

Manage and control product compliance documentation, including Test Reports, General Certificate of Conformity (GCC), Certificates of Compliance, Supplier Declarations, and other relevant documents.

Coordinate and monitor third-party laboratory testing and review Test Reports to ensure the correct SKU, materials, product construction, applicable standards, and customer requirements are covered.

Review product design, materials, construction, and functions to identify compliance risks before mass production and shipment.

Monitor product safety requirements related to stability/tip-over, structural integrity, durability, glass, lead-containing materials, surface coatings, chemicals, and other applicable requirements.

Control Product Labeling, Warning Label, Tracking Label, Law Label, and other mandatory labeling requirements applicable to products exported to the U.S. market.

Review and evaluate supplier compliance documentation for materials, components, and accessories to ensure all required documentation is available before production use.

Track compliance status by SKU, including Test Reports, GCCs, applicable standards, testing dates, update status, and supporting documentation.

Assess compliance impacts resulting from changes in product design, materials, suppliers, components, or manufacturing processes and determine when re-testing or documentation updates are required.

Coordinate with QA, R&D, Technical, Purchasing, Production, and suppliers to resolve compliance issues and non-conformities arising during product development, production, and inspection.

Conduct root cause analysis and follow up on CAPA for compliance issues or products that fail to meet U.S. market requirements.

Prepare and provide compliance documentation for customers, CPSC inquiries, factory audits, third-party inspections, and other export-related requirements.

Monitor updates to U.S. laws, regulations, and standards, assess their impact, and coordinate the implementation of new requirements within the company.

Develop and conduct compliance training for relevant departments on product safety requirements and regulations applicable to furniture products for the U.S. market.

Prepare periodic reports on product compliance, testing, certification, non-conformities, and compliance risks for QA/Compliance Management.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor based on business requirements.

Have experience in Product Compliance, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Regulatory Compliance, preferably in the furniture, wood, or consumer products industry, with experience supporting products exported to the U.S. market

Have knowledge of CPSC, 16 CFR, ASTM, ANSI/BIFMA, GCC, and other U.S. product safety requirements

Have the ability to conduct root cause analysis, assess compliance risks, and handle Non-Conformities/CAPA

Good communication in Vietnamese; proficient in English (especially technical reading comprehension and writing reports/emails to respond to customers in English)

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with 50% of Saturdays off each month

Salary: Highly competitive, negotiable based on experience and qualifications

Transportation: Company shuttle bus from Aeon Bình Dương and Thủ Dầu Một to the company, or accommodation arrangements for foreign employees

Attendance bonus: VND 2,000,000/month

Salary review: Twice a year
