Quality Assurance Staff (Fresher)

Location: Long Hau Extended Industrial Park, Can Giuoc Commune, Tay Ninh Province (Rotation: Other factories as required)

Working time: 48 hours per week; From Monday to Friday and 3 hours on Saturday morning.  

Job description

• Inspection the raw materials. Check freshness, appearance, overall quality and conduct yield rate tests in accordance with grading standards.
• Conduct on floor production patrol inspections. Oversee processing procedures, plant sanitation, staff operations and technical parameters. Control quality during fillet trimming, quick freezing and packaging processes, and resolve on site quality issues promptly.
• Carry out sampling inspection and sample for semi finished and finished goods. Maintain inspection records, monitor product specifications, net weight and visual defects. Only approve release upon passing inspection.
• Conduct pre shipment inspection prior to delivery for export oriented orders and follow up on corrective actions for quality non conformities and customer complaints.
• Implement quality control management complying with HACCP and FDA export related requirements.

Job requirement

• 6+ months of QA experience in frozen seafood processing is a plus.
• Meticulous, principled and communicative
• Able to work in a factory environment and travel for short business trips when required.
• Chinese & Vietnamese language: Required.
• English language: Preferred.
