Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Design & Drawing Review: Review construction drawings, specifications, and quantities for accuracy and completeness.
• Cost Estimation & Analysis: Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, BOQs, cost analysis, and value engineering.
• Tendering & Bidding: Prepare tender documents, request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, including initial, bidding, and revised budgets; experience with PIMS or similar systems is preferred.
• Payment Certification: Review subcontractors Interim Payment Certificates and prepare Payment Certificates for clients.
• Subcontract & Claims Management: Monitor subcontractor performance and review variations, claims, and commercial issues.
• BOQ & Change Orders: Manage BOQs and evaluate change orders and their cost impacts.
• Reporting & Coordination: Prepare weekly/monthly reports and coordinate with relevant departments and project stakeholders.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Department Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.
• 7+ years of QS experience, including 5+ years in infrastructure projects.
• Fluent English; Vietnamese preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and relevant QS/cost-management systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and open-minded.
