Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Director, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing quality assurance strategies and processes.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Overseeing quality control systems and documentation.
• Leading audits and inspections to maintain certification standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on quality procedures.
• Monitoring and reporting on quality metrics and performance.

• Proven experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry, especially kind of sterile products.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Expertise in managing audits and inspections.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and train teams effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
