About the Role

The QHSE Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems within the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Provide training and support to staff on QHSE matters.
• Monitor and report on QHSE performance metrics.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support business requirement aligned with QHSE scope

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field.
• Professional certification in QHSE management

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in TIC industry.
• Familiarity with various ISO standards. (17025, 17020, 9001)
