Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze project requirements and technical documentation.
- Write and execute test cases based on business and functional requirements.
- Perform various types of manual testing: functional, regression, UI/UX.
- Log, report, and track bugs/issues in bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and product owners.
- Participate in test planning and daily stand-up meetings.
- Support UAT phase and ensure product quality before release.
- Document test results and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in software/manual testing.
- Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- ISTQB certified or completed a recognized testing course/training program (plus).
- Familiar with writing test cases, bug reports, and test documentation.
- Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
