We are seeking candidates with a solid background in either Manual or Automation testing. The role will be defined based on your technical strengths and growth path:
- Manual-focused QC Engineer: Strong in test planning, test case design, and hands-on execution for Web/Mobile/API testing. Responsible for end-to-end manual testing activities and ensuring product quality through detailed validation and defect management.
- Automation-focused QC Engineer: Strong in designing and maintaining automation frameworks, developing UI/API automated tests, and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality delivery.
What you will do
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Development Teams to clarify requirements, resolve defects, and ensure product quality;
- Work across multiple projects and report to the Line Manager.
Manual
- Plan and execute quality control activities for products on Mobile/Web/PC platforms;
- Develop and maintain test cases, test data, and reusable test templates; document and manage defects;
- Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT testing.
Auto
- Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile platforms;
- Develop and execute UI automation (Selenium/Appium) and API automation (Postman, RestAssured, or similar);
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure stable test execution.
What you will need
- 24+ years of experience in software testing (Manual and/or Automation);
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills;
- Detail-oriented, strong ownership, good time management, and good communication skills.
Manual
- Strong knowledge of software testing concepts, test planning, test design, and defect management;
- Experience testing Web App, Mobile App, and APIs;
Auto
- Hands-on experience with Java or Python, Selenium, Appium;
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git/GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar).
