About this training program:

Our QC Internship is a training program for students who want to start a career in software testing. You'll learn the fundamentals of QC, practice on real projects with guidance from a mentor, and build the skills to become a QC Engineer. No prior work experience is needed.

What you will learn & do:

• Learn software testing fundamentals: the testing life cycle, test types, and test design techniques
• Read requirements and write test cases with support from your mentor
• Run test cases on web and mobile applications, and log bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots and video
• Get hands-on with common QC tools such as Jira and TestRail, and learn the basics of API testing and SQL
• Take part in team activities like daily stand-ups and sprint meetings, and practice reporting your work in English
• Learn test automation basics and write your first automated test scripts
• Use AI tools to support test design, test data and documentation

What we are looking for:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• Interested in building a career in software testing/QC
• Basic understanding of software development or testing concepts (a school course or self-study is fine)
• Good English in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• Logical thinking and attention to detail
• Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable asking questions
• Strong self-learning: able to research and learn new tools and technologies on your own
• Highly adaptable: quick to adjust to new projects, processes and team environments
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge, and a strong interest in test automation
• Familiar with AI tools and interested in applying AI to testing

Nice to have

• Completed a testing course or project at school
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python or any programming language
• A small automation or AI-related project (school, personal or on GitHub)
