QA/QC Automation Tester (Javascript, Robot Framework)

We are seeking an Automated Test Experience Engineer to develop and execute automated tests for our software and hardware designed by MiTek. In this position, you will be part of a high-performing and collaborative team. You will work closely with software developers, software quality and the product manager. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software developers and quality assurance teams to understand project requirements and functionality
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools
• Identify and report software defects in a clear and concise manner
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the automation testing process

Your Skills and Experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience with automation testing frameworks (e.g, Robot Framework or Selenium or equivalent tools.)
• Programming experience in any language (e.g., C#, JavaScript, Java)
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• English proficiency at B1+ CEFR level or above (or equivalent) is required.
• Possesses advanced functional or technical knowledge of complex problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Nice to have TestComplete.
