Job Description
- Coordinate with factories to establish and control the quality of incoming materials.
- Support the purchasing department in handling complaints related to material quality.
- Monitor and assist production stages and factories in controlling the quality of semi-finished and finished products.
- Organize and conduct product quality re-inspections as required.
- Establish, implement, maintain, improve, and control necessary processes for the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Propose corrective actions for non-conforming products, monitor the handling process, and ensure product quality meets customer requirements.
- Approve product quality before shipment to customers.
- Receive, review, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints.
- Propose technological and quality improvements to enhance the company's operational efficiency.
- Propose recruitment, training, coaching, and guidance for staff.
- Assign tasks appropriately to team members.
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations and propose disciplinary actions for violations.
Qualifications
- College degree or higher; preferably at least 5 years of experience in quality management within the textile and garment industry.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Good communication, organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- High sense of responsibility; honest, enthusiastic, proactive.
- Able to use English for work.
- Proficient in office computer skills.
