Job Description

Location: Ftown3 - Saigon Hi-tech Park

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend systems and applications using Python.

• Utilize and integrate AI-based tools or techniques to improve development workflows and application performance.

• Build scalable and high-performance solutions on AWS Cloud infrastructure (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, data scientists, and product managers.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for better performance and scalability.

• Mentor and support junior developers within the team.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in Python, cloud computing, and AI technologies.

• Prepare technical documentation and communicate effectively in English with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in backend development, with strong expertise in Python and team leadership experience.
Hands-on experience in using and applying AI-powered tools (e.g., code assistants, automated testing, intelligent monitoring) or implementing AI solutions within applications.
Solid experience with AWS Cloud services and infrastructure management.
Proficient in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
