We are seeking a Python Developer (AI & Computer Vision) to join our growing AI engineering team. This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of data annotation, model training, and production deployment. You will collaborate closely with annotators, managers, and engineers to ensure that data quality and model performance go hand in hand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to evolve from working with data into building practical AI systems that impact real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Data & Annotation:
  
• Collect, clean, and organize datasets for computer vision tasks
  
• Support and guide annotators to ensure labeling accuracy and consistency
  
• Align annotation practices with the needs of the models being trained
  
• Model Training:
  
• Prepare datasets (splits, augmentation, preprocessing)
  
• Train and fine-tune models for detection, classification, and segmentation
  
• Evaluate models using accuracy, F1, IoU, and other relevant metrics
  
• Engineering & Tools:
  
• Develop Python scripts and internal tools to automate workflows
  
• Build and maintain REST APIs (FastAPI, Flask) for serving models
  
• Partner with the platform team to deploy models into production environments
  
• Document pipelines and maintain reproducibility for datasets and models
  

Requirements

• Solid skills in Python programming (scripting, APIs, automation)
  
• Good foundation in AI/ML concepts (training, evaluation, supervised learning)
  
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
  
• Experience with annotation tools such as CVAT, Label Studio, or VGG
  
• Bonus: customizing or extending annotation tools
  
• Understanding of dataset preparation and augmentation
  
• Communication skills to coordinate between annotators, managers, and engineers
  
• Eagerness to learn — we value growth mindset over production experience
  

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with vision tasks (object detection, segmentation, OCR)
  
• Knowledge of cloud environments and MLOps tools
  
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal ML experiments
  
• Exposure to large-scale dataset managemen
