Purchasing Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

PURCHASING SPECIALIST (CHINESE SPEAKING)

Location: Binh Co Industrial Zone

Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Saturday (02 Saturday off/month).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Perform purchasing activities for materials and components within the scope of work and authorized delegation.
• Monitor and control delivery schedules to ensure alignment with production plans, and complete all required purchasing documents and records.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve cases involving damaged or missing components; provide feedback, submit claims, and follow up on replacement or replenishment.
• Monitor market fluctuations and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely supply and determine appropriate inventory levels.
• Collect, update, and evaluate supplier information regarding capabilities, products, delivery lead times, after-sales services, payment terms, and development potential to select suitable suppliers.
• Search for, evaluate, and propose new suppliers based on purchasing needs and the Company's requirements.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chinese Languages, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Candidates with knowledge of purchasing, supply chain management, or technical fields relevant to machinery and industrial equipment are preferred.
• Proficient in all four Chinese language skills; able to communicate and negotiate directly with suppliers, as well as read and draft documents/contracts in Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and purchasing management software/systems and ERP.
