Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, press, and relevant stakeholders to ensure a positive public image for the conglomerate.
Crisis Management: Develop crisis communication plans, manage sensitive situations, and ensure professional and timely delivery of messages.
Coordinate with Subsidiaries: Collaborate with subsidiaries to align PR strategies with their specific industries while maintaining consistency with the conglomerates overall image.
Content Production: Oversee the creation of communication materials, including press releases, articles, social media content, and promotional materials.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns through KPIs, provide regular reports, and propose improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in PR or communications, with preference for candidates who have worked in conglomerates or large-scale companies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital media channels.
Creative, proactive, and capable of working under high pressure.
