At our multinational structural engineering consultancy, we specialize in the design and delivery of buildings designs such as buildings, warehouses, datacenters, precast structures, steel structures as well as other challenging structures. Our teams in Vietnam and Europe work as one, delivering design excellence through deep technical expertise, digital workflows, and a culture of quality, teamwork and accountability.
Your Mission:
As Division Manager, you will take full ownership of our Buildings and Industrial Divisionleading both the structural engineering and BIM teams to deliver international-standard projects from start to finish. You will ensure that every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and purposewhile building a division that thrives on performance, innovation, and collaboration.
What Success Looks Like:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead a multi-team division through clear direction, vision, and structure. Ensure team leaders and members are aligned with company goals and project expectations.
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Oversee all aspects of project deliverytechnical and contractualincluding scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
- Client Collaboration: Represent the company in all external discussions with clients and partners. Clarify technical requirements and ensure the division understands and delivers on project objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and enforce effective workflows, procedures, and compliance systems (SOPs). Continuously improve productivity, quality, and coordination across teams.
- People Development: Build a culture of performance, growth, and ownership. Mentor team leaders, evaluate skill gaps, and implement training plans to upskill your teams.
- Division Growth & Culture: Promote a high-performing, supportive, and results-driven work environment. Align division performance with company-wide strategic targets and values.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters preferred); background in structural engineering is essential.
- Minimum 10 years experience in structural design for buildings and industrial projects, with at least 3 years in team or division management roles.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing project delivery, and driving team development.
- Strong technical understanding of design standards (Eurocode or similar), BIM coordination, and structural project workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including client-facing experience.
- High level of organizational and strategic thinking, with strong leadership and delegation abilities.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); international project experience preferred.
