About the Opportunity

micro1 is seeking experienced Mental Health Experts to support projects focused on psychological evaluation, clinical reasoning, mental health assessment, and behavioral science expertise.

This role is ideal for licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, clinical researchers, mental health practitioners, and academic professionals who can apply their expertise to evaluate complex psychological content, analyze case studies, and provide expert feedback.

You'll leverage your knowledge of psychology, psychiatry, clinical assessment, ethical decision-making, and cross-cultural communication to evaluate professional content and contribute to high-quality mental health reasoning and evaluation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate psychological and mental health content for accuracy, relevance, and professional quality.
• Review and develop case studies, assessments, clinical scenarios, and behavioral-health materials.
• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on psychological concepts, therapeutic approaches, and clinical reasoning.
• Identify inaccuracies, biases, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in professional content.
• Apply evidence-based psychological frameworks and best practices when evaluating materials.
• Support the development of high-quality reference responses and evaluation standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on projects involving psychology, psychiatry, and behavioral science.
• Ensure cultural, linguistic, and ethical considerations are appropriately reflected in evaluations and recommendations.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing resources that support ongoing project development.

Required Qualifications

1. Completed Ph.D. in Psychology or MD with completed Psychiatry Residency.
2. Native proficiency in one or more of the following languages: French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese, or Indonesian, along with advanced English communication skills.
3. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex psychological concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
4. Strong understanding of psychological assessment, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based mental health practices.
5. Strong analytical and evaluative skills to assess psychological data, case studies, and narrative content.
6. Awareness of cultural sensitivity, ethical considerations, and professional standards in mental health settings.
7. Excellent written communication, documentation, and professional judgment skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in clinical practice, counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, or psychological assessment.
• Academic or research background in psychology, psychiatry, behavioral science, or related disciplines.
• Experience teaching, supervising, or conducting psychological research.
• Familiarity with cross-cultural mental health practices and multicultural counseling approaches.
• Experience evaluating case studies, assessments, diagnostic materials, or behavioral-health documentation.
• Previous experience collaborating on interdisciplinary, healthcare, research, or technology-driven projects.

Compensation

• $100–$200/hour
