Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Framework & Planning: Design efficient project frameworks, strategic roadmaps, and business cases for global and regional BPO client implementations.
• Execution & Tracking: Rigorously monitor project progress, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using standard project management tools.
• Process Design & Optimization: Facilitate workshops for As-Is process mapping, To-Be operational designs, data gathering, problem-solving, and LEAN/transition methodologies.
• Stakeholder Management: Align global, regional, and client-side stakeholders on expectations, decision-making frameworks, and change management strategies.
• Risk & Data Analysis: Provide data-driven and fact-based recommendations to mitigate project risks, overcome BPO operational challenges, and ensure seamless benefit realization.
• Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate with physical, virtual, and hybrid project teams across locations to ensure smooth service transitions and go-live deployments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of project management experience within a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or Shared Services (F&A, IT, Operations) environment.
• Methodologies: Solid understanding of project management frameworks (PMP / PRINCE2); hands-on experience in LEAN practices, service transitions, or system/software deployments is a strong advantage.
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, and data/statistical analysis tools.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, executive presentation, negotiation, and client-facing stakeholder management skills.
