Project Manager Scrum Master

Job Description:

• Train and coach the development team while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure workflows follow Agile methodology.
• Refine and optimize processes to maximize team efficiency and productivity.
• Facilitate and organize meetings or workshops throughout project execution.
• Manage and maintain project documentation.
• Report project issues and progress to the team lead, providing recommendations and solutions as needed.
• Foster a collaborative and engaging team culture.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating project teams.
• Ability to lead project teams to deliver results according to management requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and prepare professional reports.
• Agile/Scrum or Project Management certification is a plus.
