ABOUT JOB:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale resort renovation program in Brunei. The project involves the refurbishment of multiple hospitality and leisure facilities across a prestigious resort complex. The successful candidate will lead project planning, design coordination, tender preparation, and stakeholder management during the pre-construction phase.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead and coordinate the project during the pre-construction phase.
• Manage design development activities and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams.
• Develop and monitor the overall project program and key milestones.
• Support procurement and tendering activities, including tender documentation and bid evaluations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project objectives, quality standards, and timelines are achieved.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale building, hospitality, mixed-use, commercial, or renovation projects.
• Strong experience in design management, project planning, and tender management.
• Good understanding of project delivery processes from concept design through procurement.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
