About The Role

As Business Project Management, you won't just manage timelines, you'll own the delivery of entire embedded finance business models for our clients across Vietnam. This means going beyond system implementation to shape how alternative credit scoring, lead generation, and embedded finance actually work inside a client's business; commercially, operationally, and technically.

You'll take signed engagements from kickoff to go-live and beyond, working shoulder-to-shoulder with operational experts (both in-house and client-side) to solve real business problems as they come up. This is a role for someone entrepreneurial: comfortable owning outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, and driven to make things happen rather than waiting for direction.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Embedded Finance Delivery: Take signed deals from handover to go-live, building not just project plans but workable business models: how alternative credit scoring, lead generation, and embedded finance actually function within the client's operations.
Solve Problems in Complex Environments: Work directly with operational experts, both internal and client-side, to navigate real-world commercial and operational complexity (not just technical delivery).
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Work daily with Business Development, Product & Technical, Operations, and Global Talent teams to keep delivery moving and unblock issues fast.
Own the Client Relationship: Be the client's primary point of contact post-signing, running status updates, managing expectations, and building trust through delivery.
Manage Scope, Risk, and Quality: Spot scope creep and risk early, manage change requests, and hold the bar on what done well looks like.
Drive Project Governance: Maintain project plans, status reports; run steering updates with internal and client stakeholders.
Stand Up Delivery Teams: Help structure and onboard the delivery team for each new engagement, working closely with BD during handover.
Report on Impact: Prepare status reports, delivery metrics, and post-implementation reviews; track delivery ROI and client satisfaction.
Stay Responsive: Maintain timely communication via WhatsApp, LINE, or similar, with flexibility for urgent delivery matters.

What We're Looking For

5+ years in Project/Program Leadership, Delivery, or Implementation roles with background in Financial Services, Fintech, or Consulting.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Nice to have experience in lending partnership implementation, particularly in coordinating with banks, financial institutions, and lending partners on process design, system integration, and go-live execution.
Broad working understanding of Lead Generation, Embedded Finance, and Marketing. You don't need to be a credit scoring technical expert, but you're comfortable enough with the concepts to lead a business conversation and connect the dots across teams.
Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills. Able to structure and articulate plans, requirements, and project status clearly to both internal teams and enterprise clients.
Sharp communicator and stakeholder manager, structured thinker, strong documentation skills (Excel and slides).
Productive with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to move fast, without becoming complacent or over-reliant.
Professional English and fluent Vietnamese required; Mandarin a strong advantage.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on; someone who spots a problem and solves it, not someone who waits to be told.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Contract: 6-month project-based contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
