Project Manager (ID/Fit-out)

Maestro is looking for an experienced and strong Project Manager to lead large-scale construction and fit-out projects in Vietnam.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional who has a proven track record of delivering large and complex projects in India and/or the Middle East and is looking to join an international project environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Take overall responsibility for project schedule, cost, quality, resources, and delivery.
• Develop and monitor project execution plans, programs, manpower requirements, and project milestones.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including construction, engineering, QA/QC, HSE, planning, commercial, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.
• Review project drawings, specifications, method statements, programs, and technical submissions.
• Manage project risks, variations, delays, technical issues, and site coordination matters.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and applicable regulations.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients.
• Manage project resources effectively and ensure manpower is properly planned and utilized.
• Drive the project team toward timely completion and successful handover.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale and complex construction projects.
• Strong experience with Main Contractors, ID/Fit-out, Joinery, or Design & Build companies.
• Previous experience delivering major projects in India and/or the Middle East is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, site execution, and project controls.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage project priorities, deadlines, resources, and commercial requirements effectively.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is an advantage.
